Emerson sits above it all, with long views of the lakes and mountains, and a short walk down to the beach and Ephraim cabin. It has 3 Bedrooms, sleeps 7 + (queen, full, 3 singles). Private beach, canoe, paddle boat and swim float. Cabin has an expansive new 3 season porch. The updated kitchen and a washer/dryer bring conveniences to the woods. Full bathroom with an additonal outdoor shower. Firepit, gas grill, Adirondack chairs, picnic table and hammock hooks make an easy way to dry out after a day in the water. Access to badminton, horseshoes, beaches and trails.

A new 3 Season porch added in 2022, overlooks the cove with views of Lake Winnisquam and the mountains beyond.
Emerson Porch and Deck
The porch provides another area separate from the living, dining, kitchen area that can be closed off for privacy and quiet. A Deck area extends the porch.
Emerson Porch Sleeping Area
Perfect for activies, or a long nap after a hike, the porch expands the space and the experience of the beauty of the property.

The new outside deck provides a nice place to sit just outside the 3 season porch.
Emerson Living Room
The living room provides access to the new porch. The porch is also accessible from the new outside deck.

A bedroom adjacent to the porch has a full size bed, the middle bedroom has a queen, and the bunk room two singles.
